A community outside a community. What does that mean?
Venzano is located within San Elijo Hills, just off Questhaven Rd. However, Venzano is not apart of San Elijo Hills. These homes are built by Standard Pacific & construction began in 2006. The S.E.H. community lines stop right before you get to Venzano. Why does that matter? Because in Venzano, you have a lower tax rate (1.5% vs 1.85%) & lower HOA fees ($60 a month vs $150&up)
There are still homes available. Full build out is expected by December 2010. Currently, homes ready now & final phase under construction. Models are now available for sale!
