Venzano is a community just slightly East of San Elijo Hills, nestled in the city of San Marcos. Construction began in 2006 & the final homes are currently being completed in the last phase of construction in 2010.
The community of Venzano is unique for more than just the reason that it’s not technically considered to be in “San Elijo” but because of the quality of the neighbhorhood. The families that have settled in this enclave of 129 homes are passionate about their community which is a breathe of fresh air especially during these turbulent economic times.
It seems as Venzano’s mantra maybe, “Home is where the heart is” or perhaps its “Love thy Neighbor” either way, you’re likely to enjoy living in this unique community & your Venzano neighbors would gladly agree.
